Dallas is booming with a huge surge in luxury home sales thanks to record low mortgage rates! 2020 is proving to be a big year no matter how you look at it.
Despite being in the middle of a global pandemic more million dollar luxury homes are being listed, and sold right now then ever before! Across the DFW Metroplex and the entire state of Texas!
A lot of Dallas Real Estate Agents are living their own version of Bravo’s hit tv show “Million Dollar Listing”. Maybe a new franchise has been born in the Lone Star State...I’ll be waiting for my call! This year has been my biggest year in luxury real estate then ever before. Both with luxury home buyers and luxury home sellers that have hired me as their Dallas Real Estate Agent. Not to mention that I have many luxury clients in the works already for next year! Thank God.
The Texas Realtors Association estimated a record breaking number in sales for the past 12 months of luxury homes! From November 2019 to November 2020 there was a 24% increase in luxury residential real estate sold in Texas!
That is a whopping 10.3 billion dollars closed by Top Real Estate Agents such as myself! $2.9 billion of that was in Dallas alone! With almost 2,000 luxury homes sold.
It's official. High-end home buyers are flocking to Dallas due to homes being priced so well when compared to other large cities or states. Such as in New York, California, and Florida. Many are relocating to Texas for jobs. We welcome them with open arms!
Over 5,000 luxury homes over the million dollar mark were listed for sale by Local Dallas Real Estate Agents this past November. Many due to price per square foot values surging, and pushing price points over $1 million! That means more million dollar listing! I can only pray that I get to list some of those homes. 2021 looks to be another huge year for luxury. Call me for all your buying and selling needs!
