Inventory is low, home values are on the rise, interest rates are at rock bottom, and builders are throwing all the most luxurious finishes into their homes! Not to mention that well paying jobs in Dallas are on the rise. It is the perfect storm for Dallas to be one of the best real estate markets for luxury home buyers.
This year 2020 was off to an amazing start. I told myself that I not only wanted to be one of the Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas, but that I also wanted to be one of the Top Producing Luxury Real Estate Agents at my real estate brokerage! So I pivoted all my marketing efforts into attracting more million dollar luxury listings. I did things like reaching out to every new luxury home that I see being built, studied luxury neighborhoods like Highland Park and University Park, completely revamped my website to be more interactive for luxury home buyers, became Global Luxury Certified, and started offering free luxury home staging!
Good news is that it worked! Over the past few months I have been seeing the fruits of my labor by putting numerous luxury homes buyers under contract, and listing more luxury homes then ever before in my career! I have over 6 million dollars worth of luxury homes under contract currently. I couldn't be more thankful! For a small town boy from Mississippi, this truly makes me so happy. This is what I dreamed of when I decided to get licensed as a Dallas REALTOR® over 6 years ago.
